In the first component of domain four, the teacher is being instructed to look back on their lesson plan and what occurs during the lesson. The students need to benefit from the lesson plan and as the educator you need to be able to form it to their needs. An educator should be looking at the structure of the lesson plan, if the student's learned, and how they can improve for the future.
